PLEASE READ THE 2 OPTIONS BELOW BEFORE BOOKING TASTER CLASS:

OPTION 1: I’m new to CrossFit/Barbell movements.

We want your first experience of the gym to be amazing. If you don’t have any lifting experience, a class can be quite daunting, we recommend you do a free taster in our ‘CF Origins’ class.

CFO is on a Monday & Tuesday at 16:30 & 18.30. This program is more simple with less complex movements, but still a great CrossFit class for building strength and fitness. Our Coaches will guide you through the session to ensure you understand the intended stimulus and will advise on how to adapt to suit your level, and give tailored advice during the class.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to start with some Personal Training, then please contact us to book this in (from 7:30am-4:30pm).

AFTER YOUR TASTER CLASS…

When you love your free taster and sign up with our Unlimited Membership, you’ll receive a fundamentals session (worth £60) half price. We recommend booking this in to ensure you understand all the movements you can expect in all of our classes in a 1-1 environment. It will be a 60min 1-1 session with owner Lauren and you’ll come out with a good understanding of the movements. Contact Lauren to book (details below).

OPTION 2: I have experience in CrossFit.

If you have experience in Weightlifting/Gymnastic movements, book a FREE TASTER CLASS or purchase a MEMBERSHIP.
